DYNAIR – The Premium Air Sterilizer and Air Purifier

COVID-19 has increased the demand for air sterilizers around the world. South Korea is home to some of the top air purifiers due to Korea’s dealing with fine dust every single year. However, an innovative startup in Korea has combined Korea’s air purification know-how with its air sterilizer technology. This startup is called DYNAIR, and their premium air sterilizer shows a reduction of bacteria and viruses by up to 99.9%. The FITI Testing & Research Institute conducted the test. Due to government support and venture investment, DYNAIR has been able to invest in research and development to create one of the best air cleaners in the world.

DYNAIR – Creating a Sustainable Business

The founder of DYNAIR, Lee Hyoung Su, started with an idea and developed a home appliance product that was in demand. He wanted a sustainable business by creating a human-centered product that helps people. Therefore, DYNAIR is not only a company looking to make the world a safer place but also an inspiration for any entrepreneur looking to make an impact on the world.

Difference between air sterilizers and air purifiers

Air purifiers and air sterilizers are both devices used to clean the air. Air purifiers use filters to remove impurities from the air, while air sterilizers use ultraviolet light or chemicals to kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. Both devices can effectively improve indoor air quality but have different advantages and disadvantages. Air purifiers are typically more effective at removing large particles such as fine dust and pollen, while air sterilizers are better at eliminating smaller particles such as viruses and bacteria. DYNAIR is both an air sterilizer and an air purifier.

Why use DYNAIR?

DYNAIR destroys more than 99% of airborne viruses, including COVID & bacteria, as opposed to conventional air purifiers, which only collect and trap harmful particles. UVC LED Technology uses UVC short-wave, which deactivates microbial organisms such as bacteria and viruses by destroying their DNA structure. In light of COVID-19, sales of DYNAIR have grown month over month. One of its key advantages is its portability and compact design, which makes it compatible with any setting. DYNAIR’s solution is patented and utilizes the most advanced sterilization technology.

However, it is not only an air sterilizer but also an air purifier. DYNAIR has built-in dust and hazardous gas sensors which can detect fine dust and CO2. In addition, it has layers of filters for air purification. It has a prefilter that blocks visible dust particles and a deodorizing filter that removes harmful gases and odors. Finally, it has a hepafilter that completely blocks H13 fine dust particles by more than 99.5%.

The filter only needs to be changed once a year. Filter changes are alerted via the DYNAIR app.

DYNAIR

DYNAIR can be a standalone device or can be installed on the wall. It can be controlled through your smartphone or tablet by downloading the app. With its sleek and sexy design, DYNAIR comes in three colors: Champagne gold, Light Silver, and Dahlia gold. At a retail price of $700, you get the benefit of an air sterilizer and an air purifier in one.

DYNAIR spent seven years creating this product. Four years went into development and design, while the next three years when toward testing. Some of their partners include Samsung Security Aircare and SK. However, DYNAIR is eager to grow its partner network globally. They have aggressively sought to expand outside South Korea and have already formed partnerships and collaborations to export to Japan, Indonesia, and China. They will look to form similar partnerships and collaborations with businesses and organizations in the US and Europe. BBC has already rated DYNAIR as a top 3 air cleaner, and DYNAIR got great reviews at CES 2020. While they are mainly a B2B company, DYNAIR does sell directly to consumers. They will be starting a Kickstarter campaign in November, so those interested in having DYNAIR in their homes can do so by supporting their campaign.
